The function of a PPH (Polypropylene Homopolymer) material equal tee is to provide a connection point in a piping system where the flow of a fluid or gas can be divided into two equal streams. The production process of PPH Tee:

Injection moulding: 

The raw material is filled, kept under pressure, cooled and demoulded in 4 stages to form the pipe fittings.

Moulding: 

also known as compression moulding, this method is to place the raw material in the mould, with the help of pressure and heat, so that the material melts and fills the cavity, forming the same products with the cavity. After heating to make it cured, after cooling off the mould, made of mould fittings.

Mould fittings have high dimensional accuracy, good repeatability, clean surface, large pressure capacity, high production efficiency, and are easy to produce in large quantities; injection mould fittings have a small pressure capacity, and have a combination of line and wave pattern.

Welding: 

For some tees with large wall thickness, volume and weight, or tees with special requirements from customers, they can be manufactured by welding.
