How to install?

Firstly, look at the ends of the check valve and locate the water flow inlet port of the plastic check valve, connect this inlet port to where the water flows out of the hose. Generally, water flows from the entry port into the check valve first, and the check valve then begins to work.

The ball or swing of the plastic check valve is in the same direction as the liquid flow direction, and the ball or swing of the plastic check valve should be kept facing the liquid flow direction during installation.

The other end is a little bit up is the water flow out of the port, this is the location of the water flow out. If the water flow into the plastic check valve pressure reaches a certain value, the check valve valve will open, the outlet end will have water flow, and vice versa will flow backward, the check valve valve closes, there will be no water flow out of the valve, in order to check whether the check valve is installed successfully.

What will we pay attention to when install the plastic check valve?

1, Although the check valve is to judge the water flow through the pressure to control the valve, to stop the water flow back. But it also has a certain pressure limit, can not be placed in the system with particularly high pressure. If the pressure is particularly large, it is easy to cause damage to the check valve, the check valve will not work properly, it will not play its role.

2, the general check valve will have the corresponding mark, if you can not judge how to install, the direction of water flow as a standard, and the check valve valve body on the mark of the same direction for installation.

3, note that do not put some heavy objects on the check valve, this is easy to damage the check valve, but also affects its judgement of the water pressure.

4, when installing the check valve, pay attention to the sealing of the check valve. If the sealing of the check valve is not enough, the check valve will be inaccurate to judge the pressure of the water flow, and the check valve will not work.

Check valve installation requires that you find the inlet end first, then connect the inlet end to where the water flows out of the orifice, and then test the check valve from the outlet end to see if it was installed successfully.
